PM AI Agent combines three sources: real-time machine data and root cause analysis outputs, unstructured plant knowledge such as SOPs, downtime codes, and equipment manuals, and general public manufacturing knowledge.
Will PM AI Agent replace our operators?
No. Manufacturing is facing a knowledge cliff: as experienced operators retire, the intuitions they’ve built over 20 or 30 years leave with them. PM AI Agent doesn’t generate new knowledge, it captures and preserves what your best people already know, so it doesn’t disappear when they do. The best operators on your floor typically love it first.
